Very disrespectful when contacted customer service, as they tend to mock and make fun of the issues they have caused, packing was the worst and so many damaged valuables and missing items, if I was to express my experience it would be simplified in one sentence, Very over priced premium for the worst service and worst packing, reassembly? The bare minimum, I was informed that a full reassembly of all rooms would be done. When contacted with broken items I was told the issue was being resolved and then started getting mocked by them and blaming us. They mock their customers after receiving the full payment. I truly feel so disappointed by this service as a big premium was charged and was paid with the thought that their service was excellent. The damaged items are very expensive pieces of marble and others that were said to be packed and taken care of. Some things they found to be too hard to move ( even though they’ve inspected the whole house before) thus they left them behind and didn’t bother. Unfortunate….
Horrible experience.Painting poor even after 3 attempts. They used my towels to clean paint and floor. Paint on tv and curtains. Water all over my wash room. Asked them to leave. They stayed and harassed my wife to the point I was about to call police. Movers broke 2 items and denied knowledge. They asked me to buy them lunch, which I did, yet they still denied breaking my items. Help staff were incredibly rude, blamed me for the broken items and refused to replace or compensate.Eventually they offered to replace one item, however did not deliver, instead txt me to say I should have told them my stuff was valuable. I gave this company many times to make it right, yet despite their assurances, they could not care less about customer experience or satisfaction. In the end it cost me 2000 aed but for sure it is not worth the money or grief. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Worst movers I have encountered in my life. The moving is sub contracted to another company with Movonics taking no responsibility after deposit is put down. The mover themselves were unprofessional, did not understand english (even after specifically requesting Movonics that this was required) and were incompetent. The mover complained the whole time, put all our office equipment into boxes with out care and proper packaging. They then came to the new office and told us they would not unbox the packages and that was our responsibility to unpack despite it being included in their invoice. Once we insisted that they unpack, they dumped everything on the floor and tables including all the cables with no way to differentiate between what belonged to what. When I spoke to the Movonics company to express my concerns, they were no help at all and made mattes worst. They even said that it was our problem that I did not speak Urdu to communicate with the movers. After all of this, the movers refused to leave the premises because we would not pay them in cash. We said we will pay the company the remaining as we are an office and do not handle any cash and require proper documentations before anything is done. We were also not told anything about this cash payment when the booking was made. The movers refused to leave and harassed my colleague and I (two women). Did not feel safe at all. The manager from the subcontracted company then started calling me to harrass me despite me having no knowledge of what this company was. We were not even able to have eat as they cornered our office demanding cash payment. They finally left once we made payment on link which I was able to get from Movonics after multiple failed requests to them to sort this matter out. Honestly one of the most traumatic experiences I have faced. Please never take anything with them.
I had everything packed in advance, and i moved with in the same area, and they came late and started around 10 AM and finished around 10 PM. They broke my TV, lost a piece of my water dispenser, scratched most of my furniture, fitted things in a hurry, very slow in packing, moving and fitting, and kept following up with a guy named Wahid for 2 months, and he kept lying about getting me the missing piece for my dispenser, I lost a tv of 1600 aed and asked me not to tell the company about it so they don’t get fired, and out of good will I didn’t tell the company, i also have pics of his team holding the broken TV
Fake Promises of keeping the goods safe, 1 lost valuable box I haven’t received , came to my place and asked for more money after having a deal with half full truck of other goods so they had to do squeezed stacking for my furniture and didn’t bring any tools to assemble my furniture and instead used my husband’s tools. They damaged some of my furniture because ungentle handling. They haven’t unpack any of my stuffs even promised to do. they simply didn't care when i was following up with them, as they have received their money. I don’t recommend them for any friends and will inform customers protection to do the needful.
Please don't fall for the nice speech that the sales person will do over the phone, he is not on ground and doesn't care how his team is working, which is mostly a 3rd party people hired by this nice looking
These guys will say anything to get your business, and they make lots of promises but severely under deliver. A couple of people on the moving team were caring and ok, but the rest were not great at all.
Packing service, they just dumped our items into boxes, glasses were not wrapped, fragile items not wrapped. Pictures were bent, food and non-food items packed together. Nobody took an inventory, so we do not know how many boxes they packed, I asked them several times. Same answer every time, not to worry..Supervisor was barely on site, and when he was he was not even watching the team. Sitting up in an empty room by himself on his mobile.
When they shifted to the new house, it was less than 10km move. It took the moving trucks over an hour. In fact, I passed them on the highway, it should have taken them 15 minutes. There was a panic from the management as they were calling me to warn me to keep an eye on my belongings. It was a massive stress for my wife and I not knowing where the trucks with our stuff were. The company also did not know where our stuff was. They said the team supervisor was not picking up their calls. Due to space in their transport, 2 movers came with me, and I had to ask security to keep them there. The Movonics management instructed me to not allow the trucks to leave until they unpacked everything. It was an incredibly unbelievable experience. Shows the level of trust they have with their own team that they hire. How to trust s company, that does not even trust their own employees!
They ask me to confirm that everything on the trucks is there. Ok, the truck is empty…but there is no inventory to cross check, and the truck disappeared for an hour and nobody knows where they went…so how can I confirm that everything taken from my old place has been moved to my new place.
Then, during unpacking, after they have left, I discover they scratched a bedside cabinet when they cut the plastic wrapping with a box cutter, broke one of our cabinets because they stuffed it with so many items. They dragged my king size mattress along the concrete, tearing a hole in the mattress and the protective cover. They packed heavy items on top of a guitar, that caused it to break. Packed yoga mats into a suitcase by bending them, and placing them sideways. They would have fit fine if they had placed them the long way. Lost the base to a clothes cabinet, so now it is lopsided, the bottom drawer I cannot open or it will scrape the floor. They bent the wheel on the fridge when they moved that also. Took apart furniture, but didn’t keep the parts with the items, so we can’t get them back together. Just a terrible experience.
They mentioned they would send their very best repair team to fix the items. But how do you fix a whole in a mattress? And all the wood on the back of our side cabinet was warped out of shape…how do you fix that? I refused, as I was so disappointed with their move I did not even want to see them again.
After they completed the move, they asked me to pay cash…DON’T DO IT. And they were very pushy to post a review on the spot. Not just the movers, people calling me also. I didn't review then, but here is the review you asked for.
Check all your belongings, and all of your items, and transfer the payment once you are satisfied. Better yet, spend the few hundred dirhams more, and go with a highly-rated reputable company.

They fully admitted mistakes and apologized for so many mishaps and causing all the stress…but at the end compensation was no where near satisfactory. Then, to top it all off, after offering compensation, they refused to pay it, after I passed them my banking information. Saying that the damages that occurred are normal. I have never heard a moving company use the phrase normal damages when moving…What are normal damages when moving??
My best recommendation is to not use them

Don't ever deal with this company even if it was the only one operating! Here's why:
1: they will not do a proper survey before the quotation and will ask for extra chargers during packing.
2: when they need you, expect multiple calls but when you need them, no one will get back to you and you'll end up chasing them for an answer. Whatsapp screenshots are available with me.
3: unprofessional packing, simply a plant pot filled with sand was put inside kitchen stuff! (Check attached pictures).
4: they missed the fixtures of a bed and a closet. I need now to hire a carpenter to assemble both.
5: I claimed that I paid for the full service which they don't agree and eventually asked me "either pay the extra charges or go pick up your stuff and unpack by yourself". Although the proof is the call recording, they refused to pull it up and prove me wrong!
6: if you ask them where's your office location they will put you on hold for 15 minutes to get back to you with an answer!
7: the list can go on and on with all the lies and unprofessional attitude, I'm happy to provide all the details to whoever think to deal with them. Again, DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY ELSE YOU'LL LOOSE YOUR MIND AND STUFF.
Ps: I edit the review as the initial 5 stars was only during the move-out and as a gesture to the agent who provided me with quote. The 5 starts review was before finding out about how exactly they wrapped and packed our furniture and before asking for the extra charges.
Pros for them in this business: can use big empty words, can make fake gigantic promises, can have excellent IT works for customers' eyes instead of real logistics of moving, can have enormous reach by a huge number of landlines in all UAE cities and mobile numbers too this way no need to have real office and base and can show as if they are located in every city, they can damage customers goods and not answers in anyway, just "we are checking sir" every couple of days until it fades away, they don't need to know how to keep customers belongings safe, because they can break or mis-assemble without answering, they can smell and no one will say anything because it's not polite, they can take expensive watch and hide in pocket until they see if they want to return or not, they don't need training in moving because no one can find them anyway, no need for real closed trucks because they can put some plates on open truck side.
Cons: poor them, they are limited in the amounts they can agree on because of the huge market competition and the other unprofessional movers like them.
Bottom line, I don't want my perfect UHD 4K LED Smart TV to be broken again and to pay thousands of dirhams to replace it, and I don't want many of my furniture pieces to be damaged again, and I don't want to pay to others to fix their mistakes again, and I don't want to wait on their empty customer service promises without any follow up or result of any kind, that's why I will NEVER USE their "services" EVER again.
I moved from Dubai to Abu Dhabi in march, the quotet price is competitive so don't get lured by that...
1 - First issue is that promised to complete move for a 1BR in one. They sent under-dimensioned team. It took them half a day longer than planned.
2 - Second issue is that they claimed they need a larger truck so forced me to pay 500AED extra (30% on top of initial quote).
3 - They failed to cross the border between Dubai and Abu Dhabi multiple times and arrived on Day two in the evening. Needless to say we waited full day because they promised they would arrive in morning. They start delivering 7pm. Needless to say they couldn't complete that day.
4 - Day 3, same mess again, the second truck arrived 7pm. They complete the work.
5 - After unpacking we realized broken TV and computer monitor, needless to say they didn't respond to any complaints.
6 - Since we pay extra we wanted an updated receipt, I have been chasing them for over a month and still didn't get it.
I had booked with them for a move within Abudhabi. On the day of the move they claimed that they got the details wrong and asked me to pay double the amount. Since i had a move in permit with my community i was pressed for time. Knowing this i was threatened that if i was not ready to pay the revised charges they will cancel the service and refund the amount. I cancelled their service. This happened on 26th March and till date (3rd May) i have not received the refund. They have not responded to a single message i sent and whenever i call them i always get a reply that it is under process. I have no hopes in getting the refund but i hope no one else makes the mistake of trusting this company like i did.
I have requested a house moving with them within Dubai and paid 500 dhs to book. Due to their unprofessional and impolite attitude I had to cancel the booking. I was promised refund within 15-20 working days - never happened.
That was 3 months ago, I keep calling Movonics every week just to hear more promises and lies or to be abruptly disconnected.

1 truck an 6 staff turned up and they refuse to re quote. They are a third party company anyway so I feel bad for the labourers. I forgot to mention I moved 80 meters away from where is was living!

They were late. Did not finish the work on time. I brought another company to help and pay double amount of money because of their mistake. Workers Smell extremely bad. Their attitude was not professional. Boxes they brought were very small . Could not remove laundry counter as I paid for removing it and I show them a picture of it previously, And soo many more.. Just a Horrible experience.!

I spoke with with - Ahmed, Ali, Salman and andsomanypeoplebecausetheydon’thave a particular person to handle the customer. They have a common number and every time you make a call someone new will pick up and you have to explain everything from the beginning. I guess it’s the strategy they follow to get away from the customers. Who soever I spoke in their team during my shifting -they are all liars and completely unprofessional - made a complete mess with my house shifting a couple of weeks ago.
They started at 10.00 am and left all luggages at my new place at 11.30 pm with half of the stuff randomly. A real mess!!!!!!!
The root cause of all the problems I found was the poor communication and no transparency maintained by movonics team. The details of my stuff and payment I had discussed with them earlier was not at all communicated to the team which came for the shifting. As a result of that they were getting surprised, fighting with me and threatening me for each and everything I asked them to do.
The team they sent was just a bunch of very rude, unprofessional and inexperienced people and for each & everything I was threatened with stopping the work and leaving away in the middle.
Faizal was the only sensible guy who was trying to manage them all after he came at 3.00 pm.
You guys need to look into the facts and act to improve everything or else your business will see downfall very soon.
These guys had assured me that the team is very experienced and are going to take care of the things end to end and will help me in unpacking everything as well but they left in the night night at 11.30 pm with most of the things unpacked. The washing machine was not connected, laundry box was broken, all the boxes are left in mess etc. etc.
As a bonus - I got a warning from the building security on the very first day for making noise and disturbing others because of the shifting late night.
In short - my shifting was a joke and completely messed up. Thanks to the entire movinics team for giving me such an amazing experience!!!!
They have to understand the fact that the customer is already paying huge money (of course much more than a local packers/movers) and the least they can expect is having a peace of mind. In my case I lost that before even starting the job - you can check my messages of day before yesterday.
I hope this message reaches their management team and they wake up immediately to take necessary corrective actions to improve the basic quality of the services that they are trying to provide.

1. They showed me a different truck photo and wrapping images while giving me quote and on time sent different truck saying the truck had gone for servicing and other truck was sent to a more valuable client. Their person on site only argued and there was no compromise and hence we should pay full. Plus their packing people were literally stuffing things rather than paying attention or listening to us, they broke one cupboard button too. They are not bad par se but would suggest to look for other options.

Their workers came with 5 boxes 1 piece of bubble wrap and 4 rolls or plastic wrap. They overcharged me first of all (as I checked their prices on their site later) they wanted to wrap my big tables with plastic wrap!!! I asked for bubble wrap they said no they won’t wrap it and they didn’t bring extra?????? horrible manager as well! Does not want to refund me keeps arguing so rude! Nothing was done and making me pay! BIG FRUAD!
(1) Kept on calling and pushing to confirm the movement and date even though I said I would contact when I am ready. Absolute pity I never read these reviews.
(2) Broke and scratched our most valuable stuff despite promising ''impeccable and faultless'' service. They know nothing of professional packing and moving.
(3) Lost some stuff and unable to trace.
(4) Slow in packing. Rushed in un-packing. Left stuff spread all across the new premise.
(5) When I called back to check about some missing piece they were not interested to talk.
This is a Scam, we paid and didn't get the service, we paid a deposit for a packing job at 9 am, no one came, we kept calling to follow up with them, no one informed us that they will be late, they said they had a flat tire and will be there before 10 am, we informed them that we had to hand over the apartment for maintenance at 11 and the manager promised that they will be done before that, of course no one showed up at 10 or called to inform us anything, my husband and I started packing ourselves and they showed up at 10:45 after we were almost done and supposed to had over the apartment in 15 mins! We asked them to leave refund us which they refused to do saying that we are the ones cancelling the service although they came 2 hours late. They have zero communication and zero customer service. Horrible.
I am not recommending this company to any one because we paid before 48 hours from moving date as they requested then they called us one day before moving that there is no enough trucks to move on next day
so we decided to change move date after 3 days then they said also not available
so we asked them for refund but they stole the money and no refund done yet
Beware of Movonics: Worst & Not a Legit Moving/Packers Company
I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Movonics/Capstone(They are wearing Capstone uniform so I am not sure if they are under one owner) moving services, and I must say it was a complete disaster. I cannot emphasize enough how horrible their service was, and it was certainly not worth the money they charged. The entire process was marred by unprofessionalism and a complete lack of trustworthiness.
First and foremost, the workers they sent to assist with our move were unprofessional and seemingly ill-prepared for the job at hand. Their inability to properly assemble the furniture they had disassembled was a significant problem. The result was poorly put-together furniture that put my family's safety at risk. We were lucky to avoid an accident, but it was clear that their lack of skill and care was a major concern.
One of the most distressing incidents during this ordeal involved Ahmad, who was supposedly the supervisor of the crew. Not only did he demonstrate incompetence in his job, but he also crossed the line by taking my son's original new apple charger without permission. I had to confront him and demand its return the following day. This blatant disregard for personal property and privacy is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, we discovered that the moving crew had helped themselves to our food, during the move. While I can understand that people might get hungry during a physically demanding job, taking food without permission and leaving empty wrappers in boxes with our belongings is completely inappropriate. It's a clear breach of trust, and their actions added unnecessary stress to an already challenging moving process.
In the end, Movonics/Capstone provided a service that was more detrimental than helpful. It's alarming that they are charging clients for such subpar service and unprofessional conduct. My family was left with not only the hassle of finding a skilled carpenter to rectify the furniture assembly issues but also the concern for our personal property and belongings.
If you want to avoid unnecessary stress and headaches during your move, I strongly advise against using the services of Movonics. Based on my own experience and the numerous issues I encountered, it's evident that they do not operate as a legitimate moving and packing company. Their unprofessionalism, lack of skill, and disregard for personal property and belongings make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for any moving needs. Seek out a reputable and trustworthy moving company to ensure a smooth and stress-free relocation process, as Movonics/Capstone falls far short of meeting these basic expectations.

This company is absolutely fraud and some bunch of fraudsters. They would not only get the upfront charges of shipment, but also would abscond with your stuff. Once they have the stuff & fees, they will not even recieve your call, neither would reply to your emails.
I have used this company for international shipment of my household stuff, and really repent contacting them.
